Here is a list of foods that should be taken together or not:

  6. FRUITS AND POTATOES ARE NOT EDIBLE TOGETHER.
  7. ACIDIC FOODS CAN BE EATEN WITH OILS (FATS)
  8. OILS PREVENT ACIDIC SECRETION.
  9. ACIDIC FRUITS PREVENT ACID SECRATION BECAUSE IT IS NOT NEEDED.
  10. ACIDIC FOODS SHOULD NOT BE EATEN WITH FOODS, SUCH AS MEAT, MILK, EGGS AND PULSES.
  11. ACIDIC FRUITS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH FOODS RICH IN PROTEIN FOR A BETTER INDIGESTION. THEY MAY CAUSE PRECIPITATION OF THE PROTEIN.
  12. EAT FOODS MORE DIGESTIBLE, SUCH AS POTATO IN THE OVEN AND A LITTLE BIT WARM LOW FAT MILK WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH YOUR STOMACH.
  13. FOODS AND TIME SPENT IN THE STOMACH:

 

  • BOILED POTATOES, STALE BREAD AND EGGS FOR 2 HOURS
  • WHITE FRESH BREAD, CHICKEN, CARROT, BIG SIZE VEGETABLES, THICK SKINNED APPLES FOR 3 HOURS
  • LEGUMES, BOILED CABBAGE, FRIED FOODS AND CAKES, BEEF, PIES, CABBAGE, WHITE BREAD, CHEESE, BAKED BEANS, NUTS FOR 4-5 HOURS. THEY HAVE TO BE EATEN IN MODERATION. WATERED YOUGURT (AYRAN) INSTEAD OF MILK SHOULD BE EATEN WITH THEM.
  1. THE OILS COVERS THE FOODS AND MAY EFFECT THEIR DIGESTION NEGATIVELY. THEY HAVE NOT TO BE EATEN EXCESSIVLY WITH FOODS RICH IN PROTEIN AND STARCH. THEY MAY TIRE DOWN THE WHOLE BODY.
  2. MEAT CAN BE EATEN WITH A BIT OF BREAD BUT NOT TOO MUCH.
  3. PROTEINS AND OİLS/FATS DIGEST IN THE INTESTINE WHILE CARBONHYDRATES IN THE STOMACH. DO NOT EAT BOTH OF THEM TOGETHER UNLESS THE CARBOHYDRATES ARE NOT IN MODERATION.
  4. STARCHY FOODS ALONG WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF MEAT CAN BE EATEN. EAT GREENS OR SALAD TWICE A DAY.
  5. HONEY WITH COMB CAN BE CONSUMED INSTEAD OF SUGAR BUT IN MODERATION.
  6. BEE POLLEN IS COMPLETE IN DIATERY CONTENT.
  7. AS SOON AS SUGAR ENTERS TO THE STOMACH, IT ATTRACTS THE CALCIUM IN THE STOMACH AND REDUCE THE CALCIUM AMOUNT IN THE BLOOD. THIS IS WHY THE SUGAR HAS TO BE EATEN SEPERATELY NOT WITH THE PROTEINS AND FATS. THIS WAY IT SPENDS LESS TIME IN THE STOMACH.
